Crimsons 24 meter long allegoric drawing Do You Hear the People Sing! that was originally made for the 2015 Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism/Architecture in Shenzhen (in collaboration with Hugo Corbett) is on show in the Japanese Pavilion at the 16th Venice Architecture Biennale 2018.

The Japanese Pavilion is themed ‘architectural ethnography’ and with this exhibition curators Momoyo Kaijima, Laurent Stalder, and Yu Iseki explore how city life is depicted in architectural drawings in the last 20 years. The pavilion showcases 42 architectural drawings from all over the world, ranging from architectural offices, universities and other artistic and research practices.
