Crimson Architectural Historians is looking for interns to join our team!

We are currently looking for outstanding students in the field of urban studies, architecture and/or urbanism to join our team as an intern for a period of 4-6 months, for at least 2-3 days per week.

During this period you will work on a variety of projects:
• ‘A City of Coming and Goings’, on the influence of migration in West-European cities, now and in the future.
• ‘New Town Labs’, design workshops in Shenzhen, Havana and Nairobi.
• ’New Towns, Arrival Cities’, a series of mini-conferences in 5 different European cities
• research in architectural history and heritage

Research, organisation and communication:
For these projects you will research different topics, take part in the organisational work, assist project leaders and staff and write articles and posts for social media and newsletters.

Requirements:
- Master student in the field of architecture history, architecture, urban design, history, geography, international development studies or related fields.
- You need to be flexible, hands-on and all-round
- You are part of a team, but you need to be able to work independently.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills, both Dutch and English
